Who Are They Looking For?
Square is seeking a motivated legal professional with the following profile:
Core Responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements, legal notices, and documents (vendor contracts, partnerships, etc.)
- Assist in drafting complex legal petitions, submissions for court proceedings, and regulatory filings
- Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant acts, case laws, and precedents affecting company operations
- Draft legal documents, prepare and review legal instruments (Sale Deed, Power of Attorney, Agreement for Sale), ensure proper execution, registration, mutation, and post-purchase compliance
- Monitor and manage all civil cases involving the company’s land matters and maintain effective communication with external law chambers
- Provide necessary legal support and documentation in resolving employee disputes and grievances according to law
Requirements
- LLB (Hons) and LLM from any reputed university
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferable (freshers with strong academic credentials are also encouraged to apply)
- Adequate knowledge in MS Office
- Age within 32 years
