Position: DGM / AGM of Internal Audit, Labaid Group

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk based internal audit strategy and annual plan for the Group.
• Planning and conducting audits to assess controls, operational and technical efficiencies and compliance with selected policies, procedures and regulations.
• Supervising and monitoring the internal audit team and to conduct internal audit as per approved yearly audit plan.
• To discuss the audit findings with the concern Head of the organization and ensure effective follow-up until resolution.
• To prepare and present accurate internal audit reports for consideration of the management.
• To review and make a judgment on the whole range of controls including those relating to achieving value for money and the prevention and detection of fraud and corruption.

Educational/ Experience Requirements:     

>Must have a post-graduation in Finance/ Accounting along with professional accounting qualification preferably FCA/ FCMA/ FCCA.   

>Minimum 8 years relevant experience in leading Group of Companies/ Multinational    Companies/  Bank/ Audit firm.

Salary Range          : Negotiable
Others Benefits      : As per company policy.
Age                        : Not above the age of 45 years.
